Thank you everyone for your replys, I have managed to fix the problem! All i did was re-install it, but I think what I did was, when I was uninstalling some mods I must have deleted "Skyrim Animation" by mistake.
Starting a new game or loading a save prior to the mod installation fixed it. They wouldn't animate, just float and skate around.
I had a similar problem with a mod ruining Deer and Elk's animations. That, and I wasn't too far into the game on this character to begin with. I fortunately had a relatively clean save of my current character, not too far back. It is indeed very likely you are going to need to start a new game. Yes, after I installed the mod into the Nexus mod Manager I ran that. I hope you have a fix or suggestion to help me, thank you.
